We sent our Bloodhound, Walter, to Dalia for a 4-week board and train programme, which we later extended to 6 weeks because of the incredible progress he was making. For anyone unfamiliar with Bloodhounds, their stubbornness is truly something else. They are an incredibly challenging breed, requiring a huge amount of patience, consistency, and understanding. By the age of 3, Walter’s obedience was unreliable, and our frustration was growing. This often led to reactivity towards other dogs and occasionally people, making everyday walks stressful and limiting where and when we could take him. Since completing the board and train, life has completely changed. We no longer set 5am alarms just to walk in quiet places and avoid potential triggers. We no longer fear running into challenges on our walks, and we no longer feel frustrated by not understanding Walter’s behaviour or how to help him. Instead, we confidently take him almost everywhere and have learned how to manage different environments appropriately. The biggest change has been our understanding of Walter. We no longer put pressure on ourselves or him for what a walk or day “should” look like. We have a much more relaxed and enjoyable approach, and as a result, Walter is happier, calmer, and significantly less reactive. With clear guidance and better communication from us, he is thriving. We no longer just love our dog, we are completely in love with him and genuinely enjoy every moment with him. His obedience is now incredibly reliable, and he can be off lead in most environments, including areas with livestock and wildlife, something we never imagined would be possible. Thank you, Dalia. You have genuinely changed all of our lives, and I only wish we had found you sooner. Walter now regularly boards with Dalia when we’re away because we wouldn’t trust anyone else with him. To put it into perspective, we live four hours away and would happily make the journey every single time Walter needs boarding. We cannot recommend Dalia highly enough. I came to Dalia at a point where I felt really stuck. I knew my dog Lara needed more freedom to feel truly fulfilled — she needed to be able to run, explore, and be off lead — but I just didn't trust her recall enough to make that happen. I was constantly second-guessing myself about how to handle situations, weighed down by guilt and never quite sure I was doing the right thing. Lara was like a coiled spring — and I just didn't have the tools to know how to help her. Since working with Dalia, everything has changed. Lara is now off lead, her recall is impeccable, and that guilt and self-doubt has really lifted. Because she's now more fulfilled, so many of the unwanted behaviours I was seeing before have either completely disappeared or become much less intense. Most importantly, I now feel like we have the communication and skills to handle whatever comes our way. It's also strengthened the bond between us in a way I didn't expect. I can't recommend Dalia and Naughty Dog Training enough. If you're feeling stuck with your dog, reach out you won’t regret it.

We struggled for a while with our hound cross, who has a very high prey drive, before finding naughty dog training. It was a transformation from our very first lesson and we now enjoy off lead walks everyday. Dalia’s knowledge and experience gave us the right tools we needed to feel confident at home and outside. My dachshund, Alfie, spent a month with Dalia to work on his reactivity, recall, and general training challenges. The difference after his time with her has been amazing — his behavior has improved so much, and we’ve continued to make great progress since he came home. Dalia didn’t just stop at the initial training; she’s also been incredibly helpful with follow-up guidance and advice for a few post-training issues. I was at my last hope with my rescue reactive dog Sam when I found Dahlia and Naughty Dog training online. Dahlia immediately responded to help me with sam and came to meet us and I felt at ease right away that she understood him like I did. I just lacked the tools and communication with him. I did a board and train with Dahlia for a few weeks, and it was so worth ever penny. She kept me updated on Sam's progress and sent videos of his training. I saw he was improving and able to be trained to be nonreactive in formerly overwhelming situations for him (and me) The time with her was invaluable for us both, as I was able to decompress after moving from the US to the UK with Sam and also see once she was able to establish a language with him and he understood, he wanted to obey, and things were less confusing for him. I saw him improve immediately. When she returned Sam, she worked with us on a weekly basis or so until we were at a good place. She is an expert at what she does, pours her heart into the dogs, and really has a passion to help. I can't recommend her enough. I thought initially I would have to rehome Sam before I moved to Spain, but with Dahlia's help, Sam and I have a great relationship and trust each other more, so I am comfortable taking him with me. I will be forever grateful for her!
